Custom Orders
Hello,
Thank you for your interest in obtaining a custom figure from Playactioncustoms.com.
Some information is needed, and I will divide that into two categories NFL/NCAAD1 and HS/YL/Small College etc.
NFL/NCAAD1:
If you are looking to have a figure created based off an NFL or NCAA D-1 team, then please fill out the form below and if we have any questions we will be in contact. Any special requests/details, etc, will need to be provided, otherwise, we will locate a few reference photos and try to match those specifications on the figure. Certain things might require additional customizing.
HS/YL/Small College/MISC:
If you are looking for a custom figure, of a high school player, small college, youth league, or any other type of football figure, then please fill out the form, and please send reference images, or links to reference images to customorders@playactioncustoms.com.
Next step:
You will either receive a quote, or an email with questions that we will need answered prior to offering a quote.
Multiple figures:
If you have a request that is for more than one figure, then please just fill out the form for each figure you have an interest in and we will send a combined quote, that is discounted.
Custom Package*:
The majority of figures that we offer as base figures can be placed back into the blister pack, and a custom insert created to give the project a store purchased feel. It is a nice addition to the figure, but if you wish to display the figure loosely on a shelf, then it is not really needed.

Base Figures**
We do keep a supply of figure on hand to use as a base figure in an attempt to cut down on costs of having to locate and purchase the specific figure used in this project. However, we do not have every figure in stock, and since the figures themselves are a collectible, the price of certain figures varies based on popularity and supply and demand.
If we do not have a figure in stock, then we will offer alternatives that we feel will work for the pose, or attempt to locate the requested figure. If a figure has to be purchased, then those costs will be added to the cost of the project.

Payment Information:
Due to the one of a kind nature of each individual project, payment is required upfront. In cases of large orders, a deposit can be placed, with the balance paid after you have reviewed the final photography.
